How is onboarding done?
After signing the agreement, you will receive an email and a call to get started. Our case officers will guide you all the way. All you need is a mobile phone with an internet connection and a bank ID.
How do we get money paid?
Funds are paid regularly to your bank account, from 2 hours to 1 day after the transaction is completed.
Which cards do you support?
Fortus supports the most common cards on the market, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and others. Contact sales if you have specific questions.
If I have an Omni solution, do I need to have two acquiring contracts?
Yes, unfortunately you will have to have two separate contracts, as banks have different technical ways of handling in-store and online payments.
