How the campaign tool works

Create a new campaign or activate an old one that converted well. Choose whether you want it active in-store and/or e-commerce or to send out to existing customers, or why not to both.
2.
Activate the campaign in any channel, e-commerce, store or both e-commerce and store. In a special shop if you have several or all of them.
3.
Follow sales progress with the built-in statistics system – adjust campaign – keep analyzing.
4.
If you want to engage existing customers, send out the campaign to selected customers/channels by email or SMS via the built-in mailing system.
5.
Track statistics such as open rate, response rate, and conversion rate through the built-in statistics tool. Which you can export to Excel for further analysis.
